Quality management policy

The quality management policy of ZELIOX is aimed at improving organizational processes such as:

• Procurement;
• Management of the inventory of components and resources;
• Delivery of the aforementioned products;
• Sales;
• Aftercare (providing advice, maintaining customer contacts through surveys, and responding to deviations in work activities).

To achieve this, ZELIOX operates in accordance with planning, regulations, guidelines, customer wishes, needs, and requirements. Additionally, environmental factors are taken into account.

The management of ZELIOX is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a quality policy and objectives that:

• Ensure the quality policy and objectives are effectively and efficiently maintained and continuously improved;
• Ensure staff are informed about the quality policy and objectives;
• Involve employees in the quality policy in accordance with ISO standards, with the goal of increasing awareness, motivation, and engagement;
• Ensure that staff understand the company’s working methods through consultations, instructions, and procedures;
• Ensure that employees apply forms in practice and carry out necessary quality registrations;
• Ensure the availability of reliable and safe work equipment, which is regularly inspected, maintained, and certified;
• Periodically evaluate the quality management system internally (at least twice a year) through audits and management reviews;
• Implement corrective, preventive, and improvement measures as necessary to enhance the quality management system;
• Ensure that the quality system complies with the requirements of NEN-EN ISO 9001:2015;
• Strive for measurable customer satisfaction;
• Provide structure within the organization.
